shipping means that your newly
purchased vehicle will be shipped
crated direct from the warehouse,
delivered by freight carrier to your
residence or a commercial location.
Typically some light assembly is
involved.

RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SET-UP OR
PREPARATION OF YOUR NEWLY PURCHASED
ITEM.
Although every unit is new and in
excellent condition when it leaves
our warehouse, adjustments and or
the tightening of parts and or nuts
and bolts may be needed due to the
transportation, shipping and
handling of your item. There
are no refunds or exchanges so
please read carefully and ask any
questions prior to purchasing of
your
item.
Crated item(s) are very heavy so you may want
to arrange to have someone help you
move it when it arrives.
Drivers are very helpful, but are
not required to help you un-load
your package. A two wheel dolly in
many cases are available with driver
and many times the driver will
assist you or allow you to use it.
Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and International orders
will have an additional shipping
cost applied.
ASSEMBLY:
Assembly And
Set-Up:
Assembly is straight forward and may
involve the installation of wheels,
handlebars, bumpers and charging the
battery. You are responsible for
performing the set-up and preparation
that a dealer would normally perform
which may include the following:
checking tire pressure, filling and
charging the battery, adjusting
wheel alignment, adjusting the drive
chain and tensioner for proper
tightness, installing and adjusting
handlebars and height, adjusting
brakes, topping off fluids both
engine and transmission, checking
the tightness of electrical
connections and adjusting the
carburetor and or idle.
We suggest you to hire a qualified
motorcycle mechanic or small engine
shop to set-up your recreational
vehicle.
We also provide support via phone. It is prudent
to point out that improper assembly
can result in injury and even death.
If you are not mechanically inclined, you
should have it assembled by a
professional or supervised by
someone who is mechanically
inclined.
STATE LAW:
According to Florida law a
regular drivers license is required
to operate any motorized vehicle on
the street and a motorcycle license
is required for vehicles over 50cc
displacement.
WARRANTY

What does this warranty cover?
Except as specified below this
warranty covers all defects in
material for this product during the
specified warranty period.
What does this warranty not cover?
The following are not covered by the
warranty--damage, deterioration, or
malfunction resulting from: a)
Accident, act of nature, abuse,
misuse, neglect, transit,
unauthorized product repair,
modification or failure to follow
instructions supplied with this
product B) repair or attempted
repair by anyone not authorized by
GekGo WorldWide or Pacific Rim Int'l West Inc.
The following parts are not
covered under warranty:
1) Tire
w/ Rims
2) Suspension
3) Body
parts
4) Frame
72 hour shipment inspection policy
The warranty does not cover
Plastic shrouding, body panels,
lenses, lens reflectors, seat
upholstery, light bulbs, tires,
rims, brake pads, brake shoes,
driving belt, clutch shoes,
variatior roller weights or battery.

However, Pacific
Rim Int'l West Inc. understands that
damage may occur during
shipping. Pacific Rim Int'l West
Inc. is not responsible for shipping
damages. However, out of good faith,
Pacific Rim Int'l Wes Inc. provides
the 72 hour cargo inspection
policy. The dealer has 72 hours or
3 working days to report the
shipping damage. Pacific Rim Int'l
West Inc. will, at its own
discretion, provides replacement
parts under the following
circumstances: A) picture evidence
showing the shipping damage is
provided B) shipping cost of
replacement part is paid by the
dealer.
What will we pay for?
If during the applicable warranty
period your vehicle is found to be
defective by Pacific Rim Int'l West
Inc., we will supply you with
replacement part(s) at our option.
If your replacement part(s) are not
in stock they will be ordered and we
will notify you upon their arrival.
How do I file a warranty claim?
A) warranty form must be filled and
sent to Pacific Rim Int'l West Inc.
within five (5) days of end consumer
purchase date.
B) Picture evidence is required for
filing a warranty claim.
C)
In some cases Pacific Rim Intl West
Inc. requires customer to send in
the defective parts for inspection
before exchange can be made. Pacific
Rim Int'l West Inc. will decide if
the part in question is defective or
otherwise. Pacific Rim Int'l West
Inc. does not reimburse the shipping
fee.

other express or implied warranties
of any kind including, but not
limited to, any warranty concerning
the quality or condition of the
product or implied warranties of
merchantability (an unwritten
warranty that the product is fit for
ordinary use). The company makes no
warranty or representation that the
products comply with the
requirements of federal, state or
local laws, regulations, rules
and/or industrial codes.

Shipping & Handling:
All fully serviced and drop shipped vehicles are
shipped at advertised price with no
hidden costs anywhere in
the lower 48 states.
Shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and International orders
will have an additional shipping
cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 1-10 business
days for delivery of non-backordered
items in the continental US. Allow
additional time for shipments to
Alaska, Hawaii and International
Orders.
Returns and Exchanges:
General: All returns must be
postmarked no later than 10 days
from the original customer shipment
date. Returns and exchanges must be
in new condition and must include
all instructions and original
packing material. Customer pays all
return shipping charges. Include a
copy of your packing list with all
returns.
Original shipping and handling
charges are not refundable. Returns
must be preauthorized by us and are
subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
These amounts will be deducted from
the original amount billed and the
remaining balance will be credited
to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item: If you received an
incorrect item no extra charges will
be incurred. We will replace
incorrect items and pay the
additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for
exchange. We will exchange customer
orders that do not fit, if the
customer requests the same item in a
different size. Customer pays all
shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect
customer orders can be exchanged without paying the
restocking charge. However, the
customer will pay the additional
shipping and handling charge. The
replacement item must be at least
75% of the value of the original
item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return
via prepaid Ups or US mail. Insure
shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging. We are not
responsible for packages lost during
return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions:
Enclose a copy of your packing list
or E-mail Invoice along with
detailed return/exchange
instructions.
